One of the properties of the judgments of the European court of human rights is it being reasons, reasoning works on protecting the litigant’s rights.

The commitment to this reasoning guarantee from one side that judges will not abuse the law as it is the proof for their impartiality, and them not crossing the limits of their specialty.

and from the other side it guarantee a good conduct of justice for it strengthen the trust of litigants in the court and its judges although there are exceptional cases where the judgments of the court are not reasons and this to accelerate the court’s work.
