Abstract EN

Judicial procuracy is considered among the important procedures in the penal case ;Accordingly ;the investigating judge can authorize the third person to be an investigating judge ;a judge judge ; or a judicial police officer to take action of his competence in the event that he is unable to doing it.

In order to ensure the correct application of this procedure ; the law defines it with a set of controls that must be taken into consideration under falsehood .

We concluded that deputation is of two types ; either internal or international judicial ; And that there are distinct measures for the latter ;as they are implemented outside the territory of the state with foreign judicial authorities ; and from there knowledge of the procedures ;and this is the aim of the study.
