Abstract EN

The African Court of Justice and Human Rights represents the true image of regional criminal justice and represents one of the most important judicial guarantees for victims in fulfilling their rights.

Examining this type of judiciary is to demonstrate the legal and judicial necessity in the existence of this provision, as well as the limits set forth in its 2008 Protocol and its Protocol.

In addition, through this study, we will explore the constituent organs of this wisdom, the limits of its competence and the procedures followed before it, in order to reach the results envisaged in this study, namely the practical necessity of the existence of the Court and the extent of its conformity.

Its basic law is in accordance with the criminal laws of States parties and with the international criminal justice organs, in particular the International Criminal Court.
