The tremendous development of information technique and its integration with the communication technique has added a specific nature of crimes that was ancient before its emergence, that led to the appearance and emergence of and new types of criminal acts, the terminologies and the changes that was used to denote these crimes which related to identify its nature considering it a new and special crime different from the rest of ancient crimes through its subject and its characteristic ; moreover, the multiplicity of attempts to classify and identify it different forms.
