This study aims to address "electronic tourism contracts", as the electronic tourist does not deal directly with the tourist agency, but rather through its virtual site that displays its tourism services, which are acquired without inspection, which may result in legal problems related to those who use them in providing tourism services.

The results are summarized in the fact that one of the most important obligations of tourism agencies is the good selection of tourism service providers, who are used in the implementation of tourism, as well as monitoring their actions during the implementation of this contract, to ensure the implementation of the safe and quiet journey desired by the tourist.
