God has legalized the separation among a couple when me necessary in order to remove the harm which hinders the going of the couple's life according to its ordinary situation, and its legal foundations as the house, the love and affection, the mercy and collaboration, and asking for divorce is regarded as an efficient solution to remediate destructive marital conflicts that con make marriage lose its aims, and get it out of its foundations, and if the bond of marriage is fundamentally the man's property and liability and that he can remove it with his own will, the Islamic regulation did not deprive the woman from removing such bond of marriage she can initiate judicial proceedings of her, case to the judge on family matters who has been authorized by the Islamic regulation oud the law to end this marital relationship.
