So that these conventions refer to the repatriation of irregular migrants to EU countries to their countries of origin.

This study has allowed us to describe the patterns and procedures for the conclusion of the EU's re-acceptance agreements with the countries of origin, including Algeria as a country concerned with the phenomenon of irregular migration, especially towards the European regions.

The study also allowed us to conclude the nature and specificity of these agreements and their effectiveness in reducing the phenomenon of irregular migration in that they have a coercive nature that requires the forced deportation of migrants.

On the other hand, the inability of these agreements to reduce the phenomenon of irregular migration and its failure to limit Because of their high rates at a growing pace to this day, which requires thinking of other alternatives to address this humanitarian phenomenon, which is known by the international community now.
