تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى وصف و معرفة دور سياسة التشغيل بالجزائر في محاربة البطالة و استثمار طاقات الإطارات الجامعية عن طريق تفعيل مشاريعهم التنموية اعتبارا لمكانتهم التي لا يستهان بها في بناء الاقتصاد الوطني وكونهم أحد أهم روافد العملية التنموية بالمجتمع الجزائري.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتوزيع 189 استمارة بحث عن طريق الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب ANSEJ فرع خنشلة وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود تكامل وظيفي نسبي غير مطلق بين الجامعة و قطاع التشغيل بالجزائر كما أن المشاريع التنموية تعمل على خلق فرص عمل جديدة تستثمر طاقات الموارد البشرية و تحد من نسبة البطالة بمدينة خنشلة.
Abstract EN
This pratical study is designed to describe and learn the role of the Algerian Employment Policy in fighting unemployment and investing the university’s executives by activating their development projects in view of their significant place in building the national economy and being one of the most important tributaries of the development process in the Algerian society.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we have distributed 189 questionnaires through the National Agency for Support to Youth Employment (ANSEJ)- branch of Khenchela.
The study revealed a relatively nonabsolute functional integration between the university and the employment sector in Algeria.
The development projects are also working to create new jobs that invest the energies of human resources and reduce the unemployment rate in the city of Khenchela.

Cette étude pratique est conçue pour décrire et connaître le rôle de la politique algérienne de l'emploi dans la lutte contre le chômage et l'investissement des cadres universitaires en activant leurs projets de développement en jouant un rôle considérable dans la construction de l'économie nationale étant l'un des affluents les plus importants tributaires du processus de développement de la société algérienne.
Afin d’atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, nous avons distribué 189 questionnaires par l'intermédiaire de l'agence nationale de soutien à l'emploi des jeunes ANSEJ- antenne de Khenchela.
L'étude a révélé une intégration fonctionnelle, relativement absolue entre l'université et le secteur de l'emploi en Algérie.
Les projets de développement visent également à créer de nouveaux emplois qui investissent les énergies des ressources humaines et réduisent le taux de chômage dans la ville de Khenchela.
