We try to know how these laws make speeches pragmatic‚ with clear purposes and deeply semantics and exciting in the same time‚ also to know his role in the success of the dialogue between speaker and the receivers to impact in them.

because the interest of laws' speech in the construct of communication that allows to speaker to talk in norms of the success of speech and helps the receiver to interpret the meaning of speech
