Nursing is a difficult profession requiring night shifts and quick intervention for emergency situations.

which makes the practitioners of this goddess on heightened alert; in order to avoid any confrontation.

Practice in this area requires precision, concentration and workmanship, because a falling error can lead to the patient's life a risk.

Nurses also play social and rational roles; in front of these responsibilities, the roles may be helped by stress.

In this article we will try to diagnose the psychological stress of nurses; in the context of the roles conflict, we conducted a comparative study between the stress symptoms of each of the nurses.

We used the descriptive approach on 70 nurses.

The results showed significant psychological stress symptoms in both sexes.

Appeared in the form of physical and emotional symptoms.
