This study is aimed to know wether or not the internal communication with the amateur sports clubs has a role in achieving an effective organising climate, where this study was conducted on the amateur sports clubs in Adrar, and for the sake of achieving the aimes of this study, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach using a measure form, where this stady applied on a sample consisted of 21 manager, and based on the statistical package system SPSS for data processing.

The researchers come to a result that the internal communication (rising, falling and horizontal) has a role in achieving a typic effective organising climate in the amateur sports clubs.
