The research aims to identify the concept of organizational commitment of the teachers of Riyadh according to the variables (years of service and social status) and to achieve the research objectives.

The researcher chose the research community of the Riyadh Governmental Parameters affiliated to the General Directorate for the education of the first Rusafa in the city of Baghdad for the academic year 2018/2019.

(455) teachers.

If the sample of the statistical analysis was chosen (140), the parameter and the sample of the final application (100) were randomly assigned.

The sample of kindergartens teachers enjoy the organizational commitment, as the results came at an average of higher than the average mean of the scale.

The variable years of service have a role in the concept of organizational commitment with a sample of kindergarten teachers and for the benefit of ten years and more.

The variable of the social situation has a role in the concept of the organizational commitment with the sample kindergarten teachers in favor of the class of married teachers.
