This study was conducted on Salama Takaful Insurance Company in order to identify the mechanisms of this company and its performance and to extract the requirements for developing these mechanisms, in order to improve the performance of this company and increase interest in this industry, and orientation towards it, the analytical approach have been used for the purpose of reaching the expected results of the research, and a case study approach that corresponds to the nature of the research topic.

where it was concluded that the takaful insurance industry in Algeria generally and in Salama society especially, is still an emerging industry, with many difficulties, most importantly the ence of a regulated legal framework for this industry, lack of takaful insurance culture, and limited products provided, This requires its companies to develop several aspects, such as legal, Legitimate, technical and financial, by adopting the latest technical and technical methods, As well as the rehabilitation of human resources, diversification of the channels of investment of the company's funds on a legitimate basis, in order to provide an enabling environment for the development of this industry, and attract as many clients as possible.
