Abstract EN

This study aimed to shed light on the impact that knowledge management has on the empowerment of a sample of 106 employees belonging to the territorial collectivity.

The study draws on a descriptive approach, bringing together descriptive statistics and simple and multiple regression analysis using Spss.

The analysis of data revealed that utilising knowledge management to empower the employees of the territorial collectivity remains average.

However, the policy of knowledge management remains effective with the employees in terms of knowledge acquisition and generation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application.

It is finally recommended that the motivation system be revised and updated to meet the expectations of the employees.
