Management control function has an important role in the economic enterprises being a control, measure and detect tool its activity.

This study aims to recognize the importance of management in proving performance standards at the economic establishment level, especially at the level of the power and gas distribution company (sonelgas) Mascara unit, where it is been drawn upon the interview style in the study and analyse.

Where this study has determine the importance and effectiveness of the management control in determining the criteria that allow the measurement of the company's activity and the level of achieving its goals, it also allows you to determine the level of achievement and compare it with what it is overtaking and then extract and correct deviations.
