تعتبر قاع البحار و المحيطات خارج الولاية الوطنية منجما طبيعيا للباحثين عن المعادن الثمينة وق د منحت السلطة الدولية لقاع البحار المسؤولية عن تنظيم عمليات التعدين 29 ترخيص لاستكشاف و استغلال هذه المعادن غير أن هذه المعادن تقع بالقرب و بجانب و داخل أنظمة ايكولوجية هذه الأنظمة هي موائل لكائنات حية فريدة من نوعها غير أن التعدين يهدد بشدة الحياة البحرية في السهول السحيقة و الفتحات الحرارية المائية و الثقوب الباردة فما هي طبيعة الآثار التي سببتها هذه الظاهرة.
يهدف هذا المقال الى تسليط الضوء على أهم المعادن البحرية التي تمثل موضوع استغلال من طرف الدول و تأثير هذه العملية على الحياة البحرية و موقف السلطة الدولية لقاع البحار منها.
Abstract EN
The seabed and oceans outside national jurisdiction are a natural mine for those looking for precious metals.
The international seabed authority responsible for regulating mining activities has been granted 29 permits to explore and exploit these minerals.
However, mining is a serious threat to marine life in deep plains, hydrothermal vents and cold holes.
What is the nature of the effects caused by this phenomenon? This article aims to highlight the most important marine minerals that represent the subject of exploitation by States, as well as the impact of this process on marine life and on the position of the International Seabed Authority.

Les fonds marins et les océans hors de la juridiction nationale sont une mine naturelle pour ceux qui recherchent des métaux précieux.
L’autorité internationale des fonds marins chargée de la réglementation des activités minières s’est vue octroyer 29 permis pour explorer et exploiter ces minéraux.
Cependant, l’exploitation minière menace gravement la vie marine dans les plaines profondes, les cheminées hydrothermales et les trous froids.
Quelle est la nature des effets causés par ce phénomène? Cet article vise a mettre en évidence, les minéraux marins les plus importants qui représentent le sujet de l’exploitation par les États, ainsi que sur l’impact de ce processus sur la vie marine et sur la position de l’Autorité internationale des fonds marins.
