الهدف الرئيسي من المقال هو دراسة النظام المالي و البنكي في الجزائر و الذي يعد الرافعة هامة للتنمية الاقتصادية.
و تتمحور إشكالية الدراسة حول السؤال الجوهري التالي : ما هي العوامل التي يجب أخدها بعين الاعتبار من أجل ضمان فعالية و تجديد النظام المالي و البنكي في الجزائر ؟ تعتمد المنهجية المتبعة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج النظري من جهة و المنهج التطبيقي من جهة أخري.
في هذا الإطار، تم إعداد استبيان لتقييم المؤسسات حول تمويل النشاط الاقتصادي في الجزائر.
و لقد أكدت النتائج المتحصل عليها منهجنا النظري المتعلق بالعوامل الأساسية التي يجب تسليط الضوء عليها من أجل فعالية وت جديد النظام المالي والبنكي في الجزائر، مثل الموارد البشرية، الحكم الراشد و الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة.
Abstract EN
The main objective of our article focuses on the financial and banking system that is a lever of action for economic development in Algeria.
A central question is at the heart of our problem: What are the guidelines to be implemented for efficiency and a revival of the banking and financial system in Algeria? Our methodology is based on a theoretical approach on the one hand and an empirical approach on the other.
To this end, we have highlighted a questionnaire relating to the appreciation of companies on the financing of economic activity in Algeria.
Thus, the results obtained confirmed our theoretical approach as to the fundamental levers to be highlighted for efficiency and a revival of the banking and financial system in Algeria, these are among others: human resources, good governance and an economy based on knowledge.

L'objectif principal de notre article porte sur le système financier et bancaire qui constitue un levier d'action pour un développement économique en Algérie.
Une question centrale est au cœur de notre problématique: Quels sont les lignes directrices à mettre en œuvre pour une efficience et un renouveau du système bancaire et financier en Algérie? Notre méthodologie s'articule sur une approche théorique d'une part et une approche empirique d'autre part.
A cet effet, nous avons mis en lumière un questionnaire ayant trait à l'appréciation des entreprises sur le financement de l'activité économique en Algérie.
Ainsi, les résultats obtenus ont confirmé notre approche théorique quant aux leviers fondamentaux à mettre en évidence pour une efficience et un renouveau du système bancaire et financier en Algérie, il s'agit entre autres: des ressources humaines, d'une bonne gouvernance et d'une économie fondée sur la connaissance…
