Abstract EN

Through this study entitled : Psychological Pressures and Its Correlation with Attention Skills in Football Referees, before and during the competition, we split our study into two major parts, the first was to reser and the second was reserved for field study, where we followed the methodological and scientific steps required After the application of the tests in question, following methodological and scientific steps and after analysis and discussion of the results obtained through the investigative means previously cited and applied on our population of investigations that are the referees of football , our study resulted in the following main result: the main results sources of pressure among referees are players and supporters and to a lesser degree of factors related to the security technical and administrative staff of clubs that have their turns exert pressure on the referee this study showed that there is also a correlation between the pressures and the level of attention of arbitrators (experience factors) which prevents most of them from being more profitable.

Par le biais de cette étude intitulé : Pressions psychologiques et sa corrélation avec habiletés de l’attention chez les arbitres de football , avant et pendant la compétition , nous avons scindés notre études en deux grandes parties , la première était réservée à la recherche bibliographiques et la deuxième était réservée à l'étude de terrain, où nous avons suivi les étapes méthodologiques nécessaire Apres l’application des tests en question suivant des étapes méthodologiques et après analyse et discussions des résultats obtenus par le biais des moyens d’investigation précédemment cités et appliqués sur notre population d’enquêtes qui sont les arbitres du football , notre étude a abouti au résultat principales suivant : les principales sources de pressions chez les arbitre sont les joueurs et les supporters et à un degré moins des facteurs en relations avec la sécurités les staffs techniques et administratifs des clubs qui a leurs tours exercent une pression sur l’arbitre.

Cette étude a montrée qu’il y également une corrélation entre les pressions et le degré d’attention des arbitres (facteurs expérience ) ce qui empêche la plupart parmi eux d’être plus rentables.
