تعد المراهقة محطة مفصلية في إعادة بناء و إرصان الهوية الجنسية هذه الأخيرة تتأثر بالتفاعل الذي يحدث بين سلوك الفرد و شخصيته و التركيب البيولوجي وكل ما يساهم في نموه الجسمي و النفسي حيث يكتمل تشكل الهوية في مرحلة المراهقة أين تتأجج فيها الصراعات و تبلغ ذروتها و من خلال حل هذه الصراعات تتبلور تدريجيا هوية الأنا.
إن عملية الارتقاء النفس واجتماعي هذه تتوقف على طبيعة علاقة المراهق بأسرته و بالآخرين فالأسرة تتقاسم مرحلة المراهقة مع كل أفرادها و لا تحصرها في المراهق وحده حيث يمتاز التفاعل العلائقي في هذه المرحلة بالتذبذب و التناقض الموجود بين ثنائية سعي المراهق للحصول على استقلاليته الفردية و بين حاجته لدعم اسرته و تبعيته لها فهو يحتاج عائلته و دعمها و قوة الاتصال و العلاقات بينهما من أجل دعم تمايزه و نموه و نضجه النفسي كما يبحث المراهق عن إجابات مقنعة لتساؤلات ترتبط بالتغيرات الجسمية و الفيزيولوجية الحاصلة هذه الأسئلة تخص هويته الجنسية و التي من خلالها يكتسب القيم و الاتجاهات و المعتقدات و أنماط السلوك المناسبة للجنس الذي ينتمي إليه و عملية الاكتساب تلك توحي أن نظام الجنسين هو من فرض الثقافة التي تخلق خصائص مميزة لكل نوع و يظهر ذلك من خلال عملية التثقيف الجنسي و تبدأ انطلاقا من سنوات الطفل الأولى مع وجود عمل نفسي يتميز بالديمومة ليضمن التناسق بين الشخصية في داخلها و خارجها و بدخول الفرد في مرحلة البلوغ الجنسي يكون قد اكتسب الخبرات اللازمة لثبات هويته الجنسية في حين أن التربية غير السليمة والتوجيه العاطفي و الجنسي المضطرب يؤثر على الدور المتكامل للجنسين فيؤثر على تقمص الفرد للوالد من نفس جنسه البيولوجي مما يحدث اضطرابا في الهوية الجنسية و تمتد الآثار السلبية لهذا الاضطراب إلى المجتمع كله.
وفي دراستنا هذه سنناقش اشكالية الهوية الجنسية في غياب قالب التثقيف الجنسي والوقوف على بعض المظاهر السلبية و الانحرافات التي تشكل خطرا على الصحة النفسية للطفل و المراهق.
Abstract EN
The adolescent phase considered a crucial step in the reconstruction and pursuit of gender identity.
There is an impact that occurs between the behavior, personality, and biological composition of the individual, and everything contributes to physical and psychological development.
This phase of human life has accomplished when conflict increases in the climax.
Here, the resolution of these conflicts will contribute to the realization of the identity of the ego uniformly.
The process of psychosocial self-improvement depends on the adolescent's relationship with his or her family and others.
In this phase, the interaction is distinguished by the fluctuations and contradictions exist between the duality of adolescence to seek individual independence and its need to support and depend on one's family; it needs the support of the family and its communication and the relationships between them to support its differentiation, growth and psychological maturity.
The adolescent seeks compelling positives on issues related to physical and physiological change, and which relate to his / her gender identity, through which values and attitudes, beliefs and patterns of behavior appropriate to the sex to which he belongs.
Furthermore, the acquisition process suggests that the gender system consists of imposing a culture to create distinctive characteristics for each species and find this through the process of sex education that begins from the period of childhood with the psychological work permanence to ensure consistency between the character inside and outside.
Entering the sexual maturity phase, the individual has acquired the necessary experiences to prove a sexual identity.
While inappropriate education, emotional and sexual orientation affect the role of both sexes and affect the reincarnation of the individual of a biological same-sex parent, which causes a disorder of his or her sexual identity also the negative effect of this disorder extend to the whole of society.
In this study, we will discuss the issue of gender identity in the absence of a sex education model and identify some negative and deviational manifestations that pose a threat to the psychological health of a child and adolescent.

La phase adolescente a été considérée comme une étape cruciale dans la reconstruction et la poursuite de l'identité de genre.
Il y a un impact qui se produit entre le comportement, la personnalité et la composition biologique de l'individu, et tout contribue au développement physique et psychologique.
Cette phase de la vie humaine s'est accomplie lorsque le conflit s'accroît.
Ici, la résolution de ces conflits contribuera à la réalisation uniforme de l'identité de l'ego.
Le processus d'auto-amélioration psychosociale dépend de la relation de l'adolescent avec sa famille et les autres.
Dans cette phase, l'interaction se distingue par les fluctuations et les contradictions existent entre la dualité de l'adolescence pour rechercher l'indépendance individuelle et son besoin de soutenir et de dépendre de sa famille; il a besoin du soutien de la famille et de sa communication et des relations entre eux pour soutenir sa différenciation, sa croissance et sa maturité psychologique.
L'adolescent cherche des points positifs convaincants sur les questions liées au changement physique et physiologique, et qui se rapportent à son identité de genre, à travers lesquelles les valeurs et les attitudes, les croyances et les modèles de comportement appropriés au sexe auquel il appartient.
En outre, le processus d'acquisition suggère que le système de genre consiste à imposer une culture pour créer des caractéristiques distinctives pour chaque espèce et de le trouver à travers le processus d'éducation sexuelle qui commence à partir de la période de l'enfance avec la permanence du travail psychologique pour assurer la cohérence entre le personnage à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.
En entrant dans la phase de maturité sexuelle, l'individu a acquis les expériences nécessaires pour prouver une identité sexuelle.
Bien que l'éducation inappropriée, l'orientation émotionnelle et sexuelle affectent le rôle des deux sexes et affectent la réincarnation de l'individu d'un parent biologique de même sexe, qui provoque un trouble de son identité sexuelle aussi l'effet négatif de ce trouble s'étendent à l'ensemble de la société.
Dans cette étude, nous discuterons de la question de l'identité de genre en l'absence d'un modèle d'éducation sexuelle et identifierons certaines manifestations négatives et déviantes qui constituent une menace pour la santé psychologique d'un enfant et d'un adolescent.
