هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي الجامعي و الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة الجامعيين و من أجل ذلك تم إعداد مقياس للرضا عن التخصص الدراسي الجامعي و آخر مكيف حول الدافعية للإنجاز و بعد تطبيق هذين المقياسين على عينة قدرها 50 طالب من كلية العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي الجامعي و الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطلبة الجامعيين.
- مستوى الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي الجامعي مرتفع لدى الطلبة الجامعيين.
- مستوى الدافعية للإنجاز مرتفع لدى الطلبة الجامعيين.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to find out the relationship between satisfaction with the academic specialization and the motivation of achievement among university students.
After applying these two scales to a sample of 50 students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the following results were reached is: - There is a statistically significant relationship between the satisfaction of the university specialization and the motivation of achievement among university students.
- Satisfaction with university specialization is high among university students.
- The level of motivation for achievement is high among university students.

Cette étude visait à découvrir la relation entre la satisfaction à l'égard de la spécialisation académique et la motivation de réussite chez les étudiants universitaires.
Après avoir appliqué ces deux échelles à un échantillon de 50 étudiants de la Faculté des sciences humaines et sociales, les résultats suivants ont été atteints: - Il existe une relation statistiquement significative entre la satisfaction de la spécialisation universitaire et la motivation à la réussite des étudiants universitaires.
- La satisfaction à l'égard de la spécialisation universitaire est élevée chez les étudiants universitaires.
- Le niveau de motivation à la réussite est élevé chez les étudiants universitaires.
