Abstract EN

Different legislations of modern democratic systems today have acknowledged the need to recognize the role of political parties as a political institution which participates majorly in the foundation and practice of democracy.

The legislators have supported political parties, by all means, possible whether through public or private financial funding.

The Algerian legislator was no different and followed the path of foreign and Arab democratic systems in supporting the political parties, and different Algerian constitutions are proof of the fact.

in addition to the constitution different laws have proved the same thing such as the organic and regulatory laws; most importantly the law 12-04 law enacted on January 12th.

adding to that, the laws regarding the electoral process most importantly the organic law number 16/10 enacted on August 25th, 2016.

All of the above illustrations are proof that the legislator is keen to sponsor the political parties which laws, as the funding is legal and under censorship.

Différentes législations des systèmes démocratiques modernes ont reconnu aujourd'hui la nécessité de reconnaître le rôle des partis politiques en tant qu'institution politique qui participe principalement à la fondation et à la pratique de la démocratie.

Les législateurs ont soutenu les partis politiques, par tous les moyens, que ce soit par des financements publics ou privés.

Le législateur algérien n'était pas différent et a suivi la voie des systèmes démocratiques étrangers et arabes en soutenant les partis politiques, et les différentes constitutions algériennes en sont la preuve.

en plus de la constitution, différentes lois ont prouvé la même chose comme les lois organiques et réglementaires; plus important encore, la loi 12-04 promulguée le 12 janvier, en plus des lois concernant le processus électoral, la loi organique numéro 16 / 10 édicté le 25 août 2016.

Toutes les illustrations ci-dessus sont la preuve que le législateur est désireux de parrainer les partis politiques qui légifèrent, car le financement est légal et sous censure.
