This research includes the definition of the manuscript (mwahib almnnan sharah tuhfat al'aqran), of Muhammad ibn Abdullah al-Khatib al-Tamtrashi (1004h), the subject of the manuscript is about Hanafi jurisprudence.
The research included an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, and the research came out of useful results and important recommendations related to the subject of research.
