يعد العقار السياحي أحد أصناف العقار الموجه للإستثماروقصد جعله أحد ركائز التنمية الإقتصادية و السياحية كرس المشرع نمط الإمتياز كآلية لإستغلالهو تعد أملاك الدولة بنوعيها العامة و الخاصة نطاق تطبيقهوقد ظهر ذلك سنة 2008 عندما أقر المشرع بنظام الإمتياز غير القابل للتحويل إلى تنازل عن طريق المزاد العلني كأصل و التراضي كاستثناء على أراضي الدولة الخاصة لنصل في الأخير لتبني نظام الإمتياز بالتراضي بموجب قانون المالية التكميلي 2011 بهدف تشجيع المستثمرين
Abstract EN
The tourist land is one of the types of property directed to investment.
In order to make it one of the pillars of economic and tourism development, the legislator has established the mode of concession as a mechanism for its exploitation.
The state's public and private property is the scope of its application.
This was revealed in 2008 when the legislator approved the non- The way of the public auction as an asset and consent as an exception to the territory of the private state, finally to adopt the system of concession by mutual consent under the supplementary Finance law 2011 to encourage investors.
