الشعر خطاب فني و خلق أدبي لا غاية له سوى التعبير الجميل عن الذات في لحظة الكشف و الرؤية يأخذ لونه و طعمه و نكهته من واقعه المعاش من خلال تجارب وحالات نفسية تترجم في قوالب مختلفة يختارها الشاعر.
و الخطاب الشعري متغير بتغير حركة الزمن التي لا تتوقف لتغير قضايا الحياة و الكون فهو يختلف من حقبة إلى أخرى بحيث لكل حقبة مجموعة شعرية خاصة تنبت في أرض معينة و خاصة بتجربتها الشعرية و هذا يظهر جليا في حديثنا عن تطور الشعر الجزائري و تحوله مع تطور الحياة و أحداثها على يد الجيل الجديد المتمثل في الشاعر يوسف و غليسي من خلال مدونته الشعرية

Poetry is a technical speech and literary creation is not only a beautiful expression of the self at the moment of disclosure and vision takes color taste and flavor of the reality of the pension through the experiences and psychological cases translated into different templates chosen by the poet.
The poetic diiiscourse is changing with the cganging movement of time that does not stop to change the issues of life and the univese .
It differs from one era to the next so that each epoch has a special poetic group that grows in a certain land and especially in its poetic experience This is evident in our discussion of the development of Algerian poetry and its transformation with the evolution of life and events by the generation the new poet Youcef Ouaghlissithrough his poetic blog.

Lapoésie est une forme discursive et une création artistique qui a pour seul but d’ exprimer ses sentiments au moment de révélation ,qui puise sa couleur , son gout et sa saveur de sa réalité vécue à travers de multiples expériences poétiques exprimées différemment par cet artiste selon sont état d esprit .
Le discours poétique s’est constamment renouvelé au cours des siècles avec des orientations différentes selon les époques , chacune de ces époques a son propre « recueil de poèmes » dépendant de la civilisation et de la culture qui y règnent, et des individus qui y vivent.
Cela s’est clairement manifesté lorsque j’ai abordé l’évolution de la poésie algérienne transformer par la nouvelle génération sur tout chez YOUCEFOUAGHLISSI en ai un bel exemple dont l’œuvre poétique incarne.
