على ضوء التحديات التي يعيشها عالم اليوم من طرف هيمنة العولمة و الكونية المزعومة لبعض القيم و الأنماط الثقافية و هذا في ظل انتصار منطق السوق و تنميط المعايير الثقافية و هيمنة تكنولوجيا المعلوميات برزت ظواهر جديدة يختلط فيها الدفاع عن الهوية و المسارات الوطنية باحتجاجات الحركات الاجتماعية الجديدة و إشكاليات تدبير الظواهر التي أفرزتها الهجرة و منها انتشار ثقافة الخوف و الكراهية و تزايد التمايزات على أسس ثقافية أو دينية بالإضافة إلى المطالبة بالحقوق الثقافية و الاجتماعية و تحرير مفهوم الوطن من أي دلالات تشير إلى النقاء العرقي أو التميز الثقافي.
وفي هذا السياق تضافرت مجموعة عوامل لتخلق تمايزات لم تتأخر عواقبها في الظهور وذلك من قبيل التحديات التي تفرضها المطالب العرقية و القومية على الدولة الوطنية و التي تخلق في كثير من الأحيان أجواء عدم الثقة بين الأغلبية و الأقلية في ظل الحاجة إلى إسهام جميع مكونات المجتمع في صناعة مستقبله و بناء ثقافته المشتركة و هويته الجامعة المؤطرة بقيم الاعتراف و الحق و العدل و المساواة و المواطنة الكاملة.
و هذا يعني أن إدارة التنوع الثقافي تعد تحديا في جميع المجتمعات كما تعتبر في الوقت نفسه مكونا أساسيا في تركيبتها الاجتماعية إذ تتطابق الدول و الأمم في تنوع نسيجها الثقافي و تتمايز في طرائق إدارة هذا التنوع و تدبيره و هو ما يجعل الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في هذا الإطار ضرورة ملحة.
من أجل ذلك و عملا على الإسهام في رفع هذه التحديات من خلال دراسة نماذج إدارة التنوع الثقافي في البلدان المختلفة بهدف تبادل التجارب و الخبرات و إضافة عناصر جديدة للنقاش الدائر حول تحديات التنوع الثقافي و وعيا بضرورة بلورة هندسة اجتماعية للتنوع الثقافي في المجتمعات العربية و الأوروبية تعتبر التنوع مصدر غني و جزءا من الحل بدلا عن التمثل الخاطئ الذي يعتبره أصل المشكلة و اضطلاعا بدوره في تقوية أواصر التعاون العلمي بين الباحثين في العالمين العربي و الغربي ينظم أسس دراسات الحضارة الإسلامية و تجديد الفكر الديني بالفرنسية

In light of the challenges facing today's world, which are dominated by globalization and the alleged use of certain cultural values and patterns, and this is in light of the triumph of the logic of the market, the development of cultural norms and the dominance of information technology, new phenomena have emerged in which the defense of national identity and paths is mixed with the needs of new social movements and the problems of the management of phenomena that have resulted from migration.
They include the spread of a culture of fear and hatred, the increasing distinctions on cultural or religious grounds, the demand for cultural and social rights and the liberation of the concept of the homeland from any indications of ethnic purity or cultural distinctiveness.
In this context, a combination of factors has been created to create undelayed prejudices, such as challenges posed by ethnic and national demands on the national State, which often create a climate of mistrust between the majority and the minority.
The need for all components of society to contribute to the future, to build their shared culture and to form a university that is informed by the values of recognition, right, justice, equality and full citizenship.
This means that managing cultural diversity is a challenge in all societies and is at the same time a key component of their social structure.
States and Nations are congruent with their diverse cultural fabric and are differentiated in the ways in which this diversity is managed and managed, which makes it urgent to take advantage of successful experiences in this framework.
To contribute to the raising of these challenges by examining models for managing cultural diversity in different countries with a view to sharing experiences and adding new elements to the debate on the challenges of cultural diversity, and conscious of the need to develop a social architecture for cultural diversity in Arab and European societies, Diversity is a rich source and part of the solution, rather than misrepresentation, which he considers the root of the problem, and in his role in strengthening scientific cooperation among scholars in the Arab and Western worlds, he organizes "the foundations of studies of Islamic civilization and the renewal of religious thought.

A la lumière des défis auxquels est confronté le monde d’aujourd’hui, dominé par la mondialisation et l’utilisation présumée de certaines valeurs et de certains modèles culturels, et ceci à la lumière du triomphe de la logique du marché, le développement des normes culturelles et la domination des technologies de l’information, de nouveaux phénomènes sont apparus, où la défense de l’identité nationale et des voies est mélangée aux besoins des nouveaux mouvements sociaux et aux problèmes de gestion des phénomènes qui ont résulté de la migration.
Ils comprennent la diffusion d’une culture de la peur et de la haine, les distinctions croissantes pour des raisons culturelles ou religieuses, la demande de droits culturels et sociaux et la libération du concept de patrie de toute indication de pureté ethnique ou de spécificité culturelle.
Dans ce contexte, une combinaison de facteurs a été créée pour créer des préjugés non dissimulés, tels que les défis posés par les demandes ethniques et nationales à l’Etat national, qui créent souvent un climat de méfiance entre la majorité et la minorité.
La nécessité pour toutes les composantes de la société de contribuer à l’avenir, de bâtir leur culture commune et de former une université éclairée par les valeurs que sont la reconnaissance, le droit, la justice, l’égalité et la pleine citoyenneté.
Cela signifie que la gestion de la diversité culturelle est un défi dans toutes les sociétés et constitue en même temps un élément clé de leur structure sociale.
Les États et les Nations sont en harmonie avec leur tissu culturel diversifié et se distinguent par la façon dont cette diversité est gérée et gérée, ce qui rend urgent de tirer parti des expériences réussies dans ce cadre.
Contribuer à relever ces défis en examinant des modèles de gestion de la diversité culturelle dans différents pays en vue de partager les expériences et d’ajouter de nouveaux éléments au débat sur les défis de la diversité culturelle, et conscient de la nécessité de développer une architecture sociale pour la diversité culturelle dans les sociétés arabes et européennes, la diversité est une source riche et une partie de la solution, plutôt qu’une fausse représentation, qu’il considère comme la racine du problème, et dans son rôle de renforcement de la coopération scientifique entre les chercheurs du monde arabe et occidental, il organise "les fondements des études de la civilisation islamique et le renouvellement de la pensée religieuse
