The psychologist faces many difficulties with borderline cases, we will try through this article to address these difficulties and that on two levels: first on the theoretical level, by addressing the recent approaches in the behavioral cognitive theory or the third wave which were considered the most effective, such as Young's schema therapy, Linehan's dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).
