Abstract EN

This article deals with the subject of free Arabic education in southern Algeria through the region of el-Zibane "Biskra and surroundings" from the period 1920 to 1954 which represents the golden phase for the activity of the Algerian reform movement especially in field of free Arab education.

the article contained the invitations, the calls and the initiatives to reform the teaching as well as the importance given to the teaching of the children of the native Muslims (children of indigenous) and also the most important establishments which were built according to their programs, curriculums and their integration into the project of the Association of Algerian Muslim Ulemas at the latest.
