Abstract EN

This study talks about Maliki School the most important doctrines which was kept forever, and this is in term of the authoritarian support which had received over the historical periods that the Islamic west countries knew.

According to Maliki school ,it was touched through the rise of Maliki Fiqh (jurisprudence) and the motives for its stability in the west Islamic countries.

This study tries to high light the role of the ruling authority in this country, binding Maliki doctrine.

Moreover, it discusses some features to clarify the ways in which the Sultan supports the Maliki school .

This attempt finished with a number of scientific results.

Besides, some knowledge recommendations were also suggested
