The paper aimed at identifying the conceptual background of bullying by looking at the relevant theoretical heritage and comparing it with other relevant concepts, focusing on the states that were the leading station in diagnosing bullying and studying it causes and factors, and addressing its effects and methods.

The emphasis is on programs for the treatment and clarity of the bullies, with the presentation of the most important studies, their findings and recommendations, and the use of their outputs and suggestions.
