The impacts of the rise of extreme right parties in Europe on migrants and refugees ' rights and freedomsThis study aims at analyzing the causes of the rise of extreme right parties in central Europe (Mediterranean area).

These parties succeeded to enter the European political institutions and the European parliament in which it dictate its political agenda that is characterized with racism against refugees and migrants mainly Arab and Muslim ones especially after the Arab spring.

The study concluded that the rise of extreme political parties had negative impacts on the freedom and rights of refugees and migrants, in addition to the retreat of the European states policies towards migration neglecting international commitments and conventions concerning refugees and migrant's rights the fact that affects democratic principles and human rights adopted by Europe.
