What distinguishes the present age is the idea of specialization, this one characterizes politic, economy , social and linguistic fields.
Regarding to the linguistic aspect, it is based on new specialized approaches which are also described as pragmatic, for both teaching and learning foreign languages that allow us to make a real use of them without stopping just at evaluation.
The process of teaching and learning French in Algerian universities is constantly being revisited by linguistics who, in turn, are rethinking the pedagogy process mentioned above in order to improve the linguistic reality of the country.
Teaching French language for paramedical students "specialized in medical and social assistance is part of this new specialization, which compels researchers to redraw the program of the module of " French language correction" in order to maseter a new linguistic abilities.Mastering those abilities is based on specific linguistic training related to the comprehension and rephrasing techniques that follow a logical development setting up: - Understanding the explanation methods provided by paramedical teachers " PEPM." -Interpretating the relationship between the text and the graph in different paramedical handouts provided to students.
-Adjusting the total definitions in the obtained handouts.
-Reading proporly all questions submitting to paramedical students.
-Rephrasing which is found on linguistic and epigraphic patterns, using for the reconstruction of meanings.
