This article is a comparison between the Intellectual linguistics and the Text Linguistics, we can be define the first field as a scientific wide broad studies, as far as it contains all linguistics'branches including intertextual linguistics, its researchers are more global and general than the Intellectual linguistics ones, infact this relationship is a relation from the general to the special as is mentioned before textual linguistics is a part of intellectual ones if we take in consideration intellectual linguistic as the study of the communication constant, and its functional elements, vice versa the speakers and receivers of the speech, otherwise it is written in linguistic research.

The textual linguistic is very important in determining the cohesion in written or spoken document, or pronunciation consistent with the present and how it linked as linguistic fragment, governed by successive constanted production.
