The Algerian scholar Moussa Al-Ahmadi Nueyat has made him a distinguished figure in the world of literature, culture and language.

He was one of the founders of Algerian culture, one of the most prominent Arab and Muslim intellectuals of the 20th century and one of the founders of the contemporary Algerian scientific movement, Perseverance, and sincerity.

Contributing actively to the service of the Arab heritage, the researchers dealt in their articles, and their letters as a writer, linguist, or poet, and reformer.

Al-Ahmadi Noyawat, may God have mercy on him, had a hard work of crystallizing what was his mind, his concerns of knowledge, and various intellectual issues.

The linguistic heritage in general, and literary in particular its remarkable luck, was one of the scientific faces and literary figures of the Arab nation.

The Algerian cultural center, is the Galilean mark who imposed himself with his hard work and his outstanding production.

The encyclopedic mark Moussa Al-Ahmadi has enriched the Nuits of the Algerian and Arab libraries with his solid scientific works, his literary works and his research on many fields of culture and knowledge.
