Abstract EN

Our study aims to reveal the semantic and stylistic sockets in the media language, adopted by the media discourse in Electronic Media, which describes the popular movement in Algeria, using the method of discourse analysis in its qualitative dimension, based on an intentional sample of foreign and national electronic newspapers in the Arabic language.

The study concluded with a set of results, the most important one is the semantic disadvantages in the headlines of the newspaper describing the movement manifested itself in the network of participating vocabulary, which unified the newspapers on the adoption of the term popular mobility to describe events and facts.

As for its contents, it used some of its synonyms, including: the crisis, the vigils, the popular revolution ...

etc.

As for the stylistic intrusions, they are manifested in semantic fields that bring new meanings to the words through metaphors and proverb, as far as the recipient approaches reality, pushes the recipient into persuasion.
