The proverb is characterized by its anecdotal character, and this appearance continues to accompany its production and reception even in cases where it is written, that is to say that its pragmatic nature remains inherent in it and is present in its context like discourse.

It is based on the performance of its influence objectives, and one of the most important of these means: technical figuration and rhythm of all kinds.

Consequently, this research document attempts to follow the means of the proverb at the two previous levels through a general problem: what are the artistic figuration tools summarized in the popular Algerian proverb? And how does he invest these tools in achieving his pragmatics values.
