Abstract EN

The study aimed to detect the effect of using the Clausemire model on the acquisition of scientific concepts and the development of visual thinking skills among middle school students in Taif.

The study sample consisted of (63) female students of the first grade of middle school Thirty-third in the Taif governorate, In the first semester of the academic year 1439/1440,The sample was divided into two groups : the experimental group included 32 students who studied using the Klosemier model, And control Formed Of the 31 students studied in the traditional way, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the semi-experimental design was followed.

The study tools were prepared and applied after verifying their validity and stability.

The T-test of two independent samples was also used to treat the study data statistically.

The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the responses of the experimental and control groups on the degree of testing the scientific concepts in favor of the experimental group Which was studied using the Clausemire model.

recommended the need to train teachers to use different educational models in teaching science.
