The objective of this study was to identify the obstacles faced by public supervisors and specialists in the implementation of the supervisory role based on needs in the capital, Amman, where the descriptive descriptive curriculum was used to distribute a questionnaire that included four areas: (the role of educational supervisor (supervisor and supervisor) , The field of teachers and school, and the field of monthly reports of achievement of the educational supervisor) The main findings of the study were that the field of reports to the educational supervisor is one of the biggest obstacles in applying the role based on needs, then the field of models and supervisory plans.
