Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing Management by walking around among female school leaders of Balqarn Province and its relation to the teachers' organizational confidence from the point of view of the female teachers.

revealing how extend there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members about the degree of management practice among female school leaders of Balqarn Province and the level of organizational confidence in the female teachers of variables (qualification, educational stage, experience years).

The descriptive correlative approach was used.

The study community consists of all general education female teachers in Balqarn Province.

The study was applied to a random sample of 292 female teachers.

A questionnaire was used.

It consists of (51) items to collect data.

The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing Management by walking around among the female school leaders in Balqarn Province was medium degree.

There were also statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (α < 0.05) between the average responses of the study sample about the degree of management practice by walking around due to the variables of (Qualification: for the Bachelor's degree and above, Experience years: for 10 years and more, and Educational stage: for the intermediate stage).

The results showed that the level of organizational confidence among the female teachers of the schools in Balqarn Province was high.

There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance of (α < 0.05) between the average responses of the sample members about the level of the female teachers' organizational confidence due to the variables of (Qualification: for the Bachelor's degree and above, Experience years: for less than 5 years).

There were not statistically significant differences due to the variable of the educational stage.

Finally, the results indicated that there was a positive correlation between the degree of management practice by walking around among the female school leaders of Balqarn Province and the level of the female teachers' organizational confidence from the point of view of female teachers.

The study recommended the need that female school leaders should be encouraged to practice management by walking around, including the positive impact on the educational process, to hold training courses and workshops for female school leaders and teachers about walking around, organizational confidence and how to use them at schools, and that the education departments should give the power to female school leaders to award incentives to enhance teacher performance .
