Abstract EN

The study aims at detecting the level of exercising the school leaders for their role in the implementation of the supervisory performance system and its correlation to the level of teachers satisfaction in Al-Baha educational area.

The study followed the descriptive approach.

A list was constructed to determine the indicators of the role of the school leaders by presenting them to the referees using the survey tool and applying them to a sample of parameters consisting of 400 parameters.

After applying them and analyzing their results, we obtained the following resultsit can be concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the average sample estimates of the role of area leaders due to experience,it can be concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample of the study,that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample of the study sample on job satisfaction due to experience,it can be concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample of the study sample on job satisfaction.

that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample of the study sample on the role of the regional leaders due to the number of training courses in favor of the largest number of courses.

The study recommends that the educational supervisor should focus his attention on improving the work of the teacher and treating the weaknesses to increase his efficiency in the classroom.
