Abstract EN

The study aimed at: determining the overall quality standards necessary for Practice Teaching Program in the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University.

Identify the availability of the comprehensive quality standards in the Teaching Practice Program in the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University.

Identify the presence of differences between the responses of the study sample due to the variables: sex, qualification, teaching experience.

Identify the role of the educational supervisors and academics in the activation of the overall quality standards of the Practice Teaching Program at the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University.

Identify the status of role of the educators and academics in the activation of the overall quality standards of the Practice Teaching Program at the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University.

The researcher followed the descriptive survey based on two questionnaires study tool which used a sample consisted of (75) male and female supervisors .The study comes out of a number of results.

The most important ones: A list of the proposed comprehensive quality standards of the Practice Teaching Program in the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University represented in (7) main topics included (49) indicators .The availability of comprehensive quality standards in the Practice Teaching Program at the Faculty of Education at the University of King.

There are no differences between responses of the male and female supervisors at the level of significance( α ≤ 0.05.) In the study sample responses are attributable to sex variable in the Practice Teaching Program at the Faculty of Education at the University of King .A list the roles of educational supervisors and academics in the activation of the overall quality of the Practice Teaching Program at the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University standards represented in (3) main topics are distributed on (35) roles .The actual role of the educational supervisors and academics in the activation of the overall quality of the Practice Teaching Program at the Faculty of Education at King Faisal University, at an average level.In light of these findings, the researcher presented some recommendations.

The most important are :The adoption of the proposed standards in the study of the quality of Practice Teaching Program in the Faculty of Education at the University of King Faisal .Preparation of a manual for an integrated program of Practice Teaching to be one of the main references for the student teacher in his field .Drawing attention to the importance of preparing Teaching workshops for students, teachers about the importance of balance in both theoretical and applied during training .The need to provide material and moral incentives for the supervisors of the students of the Practice Teaching Program according to efficiency and distinctiveness of their students.

The establishment of an association supervised by experts in educational programs including educational supervisors and academics for cross-fertilization of experiences and skills development .Creating a special icon to students of Practice Teaching on the college site supervised by members of the faculty specialized in practice teaching to respond to students' questions regarding the Practice Teaching Program.
