Abstract EN

The current study aimed to provide an analytical presentation of the reality of female entrepreneurship in Algeria, through an exploratory study of the various indicators issued by international reports and statistics for the various agencies concerned with entrepreneurship in general and female entrepreneurship in particular.

Also it tried to identify the most important challenges facing the entrepreneurial orientation of women in Algeria.

The study concluded that, despite the development witnessed by the entrepreneurial orientation of women in Algeria, it has not yet lived up to the level of aspirations, and this is due to many obstacles, including those related to socio-economic surroundings, including those related to financing and Continuity of projects
