Happiness is a major and important goal for every member of the society, and the goal of ambition, and it seeks its seekers in all their means and ways in order to reach them and sensing them, because of their active role in helping the individual to raise the level of satisfaction with life and to turn to life, The importance of happiness in its positive impact on the individual, family and society in various areas of life, The research aims to identify the psychometric characteristics of the happiness scale on a sample of the Kuwaiti society, and to ensure the validity of the happiness scale on the Kuwaiti society, and to ensure the stability of the total scale and its subcomponents.

The research sample consisted of (200) divided into (120) males and (80) females from the leaders of humanitarian work in public benefit societies in Kuwait.

The researcher used the Happiness Scale by (2001) by Peter Hills, Michael Argyle and the translation of the researcher.

The research revealed some of the results discussed as follows: The validity of the internal consistency of the scale shows that there is a good correlation between the paragraphs.

It was clear from the calculation of the effectiveness of the paragraphs of the scale that the total degree of effectiveness of paragraphs is high, which shows the overall approval of the scale in general, and the most important recommendations to apply the happiness scale to different samples of Kuwaiti society in addition to enhancing happiness in individuals.
