This study addressed a new type of knowledge-based economy that started with the beginning of the new millennium in developed and emerging developing countries at the global level.

This does not mean that knowledge was not present or used in economic activity, and the problem of study was whether the knowledge economy has a direct positive impact on building the capabilities of women, either an indirect negative effect? The new is the magnitude of its impact on economic and social life and on the human lifestyle in general, which came as a result of integrated national plans with timelines and specific goals set by those countries to bridge the knowledge gap between them since the last quarter of the last century.This study focuses on the national trends and plans set by the Arab countries towards the knowledge economy by following its indicators at all levels that have shown that they are still consuming and using knowledge products in a large way, which confirms that they need to focus on the production of knowledge in order to be able to participate with humanity in the procession of science Knowledge, and the orientation of their economies towards a knowledge economy that can solve the problems they face in unemployment, poverty and low levels of development.And possessing the side of knowledge and knowledge and using it in economic activity and building the capabilities of women from the strategic directions that states aim in general, and with the technical and information progress that has taken place in recent decades, a new type of economy based on knowledge has begun to emerge, which calls into question the orientation of Arab countries towards it, and the extent of their benefit from Experiences of emerging and developing countries in this field
