The research revolves around the analysis of the meaning of the Objectives in Islamic law, its meaning, its evidence, and its arrangements in Islamic law, and the statement of the scholars in the dispute regarding its count and order, and the statement of Shaykh al-Islam in his objection with limiting them within five objectives, and a clarification of his words, along with a discussion surrounding the means towards maintainence of these Objectives
