تناولت الدراسة موضوع المستعمرات الألمانية في أفريقيا في ظل مؤتمر فرساي عام 1919م؛ و ذلك بعد هزيمة ألمانيا في الحرب العالمية الأولى، و في ظل قرارات مؤتمر الصلح عام 1919م المعروف باسم مؤتمر فرساي، خسرت ألمانيا مستعمراتها في أفريقيا، و وفقا لقرارات المؤتمر أصبحت المستعمرات الألمانية تحت نظام الانتداب من قبل دول الحلفاء (بريطانيا و فرنسا)، و كذلك تتناول الدراسة دوافع الاستيلاء على المستعمرات الألمانية، و أخيرا نصوص معاهدة فرساي المتعلقة بالمستعمرات الألمانية.
Abstract EN
The study aims at highlighting the main provisions of the 1919 treaty of Versailles and its impacts on the German Colonies in Africa at that time.
It also investigates the Mandate System and the motives beyond taking over those German Colonies by the Allied Countries after the defeat of Germany at the end of the First World War.
