Abstract EN

I have been studying the Franchise contract by addressing its aspects legally, through two basic topics.

In the first part of the definition of the Franchise contract and found that all the doctrinal views have focused on the contractual relationship between the parties to the Franchise contract with the emphasis that the obligations arising as the effects of the contract falls on the shoulders of his peers.

As to the legal nature of the Franchise contract and in the light of the total differences on the nature of this contract, I have concluded that the Franchise contract is a consensual contract where the contract is held as soon as the parties are satisfied.

In the second topic, the study of the obligations of the Franchise contract was examined.

It became apparent through this study that the source of these obligations, whether the grantor's obligations or the grantee's, is the Franchise contract.
