Abstract EN

Problems have started everywhere when Muslims conquered Andalusia، which has led to distract minds from seeking science and culture until the conquering reign has ended by the beginning of a new era “the era of the state” were it witnessed the first seeds to culture and science.

The princes and Caliphs encouragement were the key factors in developing an active intellectual and cultural movement، as Abd-Al Rahman Al Dakhilhimself was a poet and poetry writer، and we also find most of the Umayyad rulers were scholars and writers.

Andalusia had great attention in different sciences whither they were religious، social or pure sciences that Al Jami’ book has demonstrated the importance of such sciences to Andalusia rulers.

Al-Winsharecy book is considered one of the most famous books at that time as it has included a temporal and spatial comprehensiveness، which gave it a unique characteristic that we didn’t find in any virtues of jurisprudence books that were the basic material in the intellectual movement in Andalusia، and any reader who studied Al-Winsharecy scientific status may realize that he was a scientific encyclopedia in all fields.

He gained this characteristic by learning under senior scholars in middle and far east Maghreb، thus made him achieve a great goal in the field of authorship.
