Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the extent to which the students of the Islamic University in Madinah practiced decision-making skills and its relation to organizational citizenship behavior from their point of view, the researcher and for the study tool utilized the Descriptive analytical and correlative approach, the research society comprised of the Students within the Islamic University in Madinah enrolled in the academic year 1440 AH, in applying the study the researcher also used the simple random sampling method, where various suitable statistical tools were used in social studies statistical bundles (SPSS).

The following statistical measures were also used: Pearson correlation coefficient, Alfa Cronbach coefficient, frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means and standard deviation, Kruskal Wallis test which is a non-parametric test used as an alternate of the Mono-variance analysis test, due to the variances observed in the study sampling distribution with regards to the study variables (Continent, College, Mean).

The study concluded the following results:
1.

The degree of decision-making skills of the Islamic University students in Madinah is high with an average of (3.82).

2.

The degree of students practicing the skill of organizational citizenship behavior within the Islamic University in Madinah came high with an average of (3.92).

3.

There is a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level of (0.01) between all dimensions of the axis of decision-making skills, and all dimensions of the axis of organizational citizenship behavior, which shows the positive impact of decision-making skill on practicing organizational citizenship behavior among students of the Islamic University in Madinah.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the opinions of the study sample towards the decision-making skill of different faculty, for the interest of the study sample of students of the faculties of Sharia, Judicial Studies systems, and Hadith.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the opinions of the study sample towards the behavior of organizational citizenship according to the faculty variable to the interest of the study sample members of the students of the faculties of Sharia, Da'wah, Fundamentals of Religion, Hadith and Arabic.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the opinions of the study sample towards the behavior of organizational citizenship according to the continent variable, in favor of the study sample of students from the continents of Africa, Europe, Australia and the Americas.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the opinions of the sample of the study towards the skill of decision-making with the variable of the academic average in favor of the study sample of the individuals who obtained an excellent grade.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the opinions of the study sample towards the skill of organizational citizenship behavior according to the variable of the academic average, for the benefit of the sample of the study who obtained an excellent grade
