Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the training needs for facultymembers in Al Jummum College provided by the quality assurancedepartments and their units in the light of the quality standards andacademic accreditation from the perspective of the faculty members.

Inaddition to identifying the difficulties that are facing them and limiting thebenefits of the training programs provided to them.

The researcher hasadopted descriptive and analytical approach.

Study population includes allfaculty members.

The sample of the study consisted of 30 members, werechosen randomly.

A questionnaire was developed to collect data.

The study found that the level of the reality of the training programsprovided by the quality assurance departments and their units in the light ofthe overall quality standards from the point of view of the faculty memberswas medium.

Where it was found that the majority of faculty members havesufficient background to prepare the course's course as well as thedescription of the course for all courses taught.

While there is a weak budgetfor quality courses.

And that the level of difficulties faced by members of thefaculty was a medium, and the most important difficulties that limit the useof faculty members.

The study has recommended that it is important todevelop an annual training program for faculty members to improve theirperformance in the field of quality and some mechanisms have been put inplace to achieve this.
