Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the extent to which the Kuwaiti middle school teachers practice the creative teaching skills in the light of some variables.

To achieve such objective, the study made use of the descriptive method utilizing a questionnaire as a data collection method.

The study population were all the middle school supervisors and the participants were 308 supervisors (males & females).

The participants were categorized in the light of some variables namely, gender, qualifications and years of experience.

The results of the study revealed that the degree of approval of all the dimensions was (average) from the viewpoints of the study participants indicating that the degree of middle school teachers practice of the creative teaching was average from the viewpoints of the supervisors.

The dimensions were respectively arranged as follows: the fourth dimension related to the middle school teachers practicing of the sensitivity to problems skills, the third dimension related to the middle school teachers practicing of the flexibility skills, the first dimension related to the middle school teachers practicing of the fluency skills, the second dimension related to the middle school teachers practicing of the originality skills as the means of the items relative weights ranged between (1.864) and (2.037).
